Place thawed chicken thighs in a roasting pan with a little bit of water. Spoon peach jam generously over top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Internal temperature of the chicken should be about 165 degrees if you have a meat thermometer. Remove foil and bake for an extra 10 minutes or so to allow the jam to set up and put a nice glaze on the chicken.
