Recipe Idea, Buffalo Chicken

This weeks’ CSA menu has the makings of some wonderful Buffalo Chicken! Marinade the chicken breasts with 2 tbsp of Chef T’s Buffalo Chicken Seasoning, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of salt. Grill the chicken for roughly 6 min on either side (or until cooked all the way through). Add 1 tbsp of butter, and 1 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar to the remaining marinade not soaked up by the chicken, and heat until the butter melts. Pour this remaining marinade over the chicken as a glaze. Now enjoy your Buffalo Chicken!

All of our chicken is raised outside with access to green grass. Pastured poultry is a nutrient dense meat choice without any negative antibiotics or other feed additives. We use only Non GMO grains or certified organic grains for our poultry. All the good stuff with none of the bad but most importantly, the taste is wonderful. Pastured poultry has a full bodied flavor with good texture to the meat. Remember to be gentle with all pastured meats by cooking on a lower temperature without overcooking. Marinading is a wonderful way to ensure a nice tender meat with flavor that only comes right from the farm!
